Member Services Representative

Job Summary

As a Member Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for members and will support inquiries related to programs, services, account information, applications, and documentation. Full-time, onsite temp-to-hire opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with questions regarding programs, services, account details, and available resources.
- Review applications, forms, and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
- Enter, update, and maintain member data in company systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Process member requests, update records, and follow established procedures.
- Explain policies, procedures, and service options in a clear and professional manner.
- Resolve member concerns efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and a positive customer experience.

Compensation
- Pay: $15.00 per hour. / final and non-negotiable
- Schedule: M-F 8:30am to 5pm
- Work location: Onsite in Columbia, SC.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, office systems, and data entry platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, friendly, dependable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
