Housekeeping Team LeaderPonte Vedra Beach, FL | OnsiteABOUT THIS ROLEAs a Housekeeping Team Leader at Vicar's Landing, you'll guide a small team of housekeepers in keeping our community clean, safe, and welcoming for every resident, guest, and team member. You'll perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team while checking their work, coaching on technique, and adjusting schedules to keep coverage solid. This role matters because a spotless, well-run community is often the first thing residents and families notice — and your leadership sets the standard the whole team follows.
