Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for the role of Production/ People Scheduler in the Fort Worth area. This position will be responsible for
- Coordinate staffing levels to meet production demands
- Communicate schedules, vacation requests, and overtime assignments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SMETA labor standards
- Manage timecard edits and maintain accurate cost center mapping
- Adjust schedules based on production and customer needs
- Run overtime and staffing reports
- Track FMLA, vacation, part-time status, and staffing changes
- Maintain attendance records for all departments and shifts
- Partner with HR on attendance corrective actions
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Support operations as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in planning or administrative roles is a plus
- Experience with scheduling software
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
Pay Rate: $22.00
Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: 6:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
