Senior Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities Organizing a series of work into a single portfolio consisting of reports that capture project objectives, costs, timelines, accomplishments, resources, risks and other critical factor project delivery and budget forecasting Coordinates and/or leads strategic project planning and annual budgeting Coordinates with senior/executive management business partners to plan and ensure project objectives are met and budget aligns with IT budget objectives Provides support, direction and remove roadblocks to ensure all enterprise portfolio initiatives are delivered on time and in budget and achieve ROI thresholds Works with management to determine future systems direction for both internally developed and vendor-maintained systems and performs feasibility studies Requirements Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study Minimum of 7 years of broad based experience planning, designing and organizing a series of large size highly complex portfolios Project management experience in multiple technical and business disciplines Master’s degree, multiple trade certifications or other continuing education strongly preferred Experience with the Governing Process Life Cycle strongly preferred Hard Skills project management budget forecasting portfolio management feasibility studies strategic planning risk management cost analysis resource management ROI analysis business analysis Soft Skills leadership communication organizational skills collaboration problem-solving direction providing stakeholder management time management critical thinking strategic thinking Certifications & Qualifications BA/BS degree Master’s degree project management certifications trade certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
