PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a travel assignment. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable and willing to float between various departments and facilities within the region.

Job Details

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) - 3/12's
Weekend Requirement: Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
Float Pool Position: Must be willing to float between multiple locations including Oro Valley, Houghton, and Sahuarita.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a step-down unit, handling cardiac drips, TAVRs, and watchman mitral clips.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, particularly in PCU/Telemetry settings.
Experience with Cerner EMR is required.
Ability to manage a patient ratio of 6:1.
Flexibility to float to other departments as needed.

Work Attire

Scrub color is flexible; any color is acceptable.

Location

Position will be located in multiple regions, including facilities in Oro Valley, Houghton, and Sahuarita, AZ.
