We are currently seeking a APP (FNP, NP, or Adult Gero NP) or PA based in Mt Pleasant, MI , serving local skilled nursing facilities within a close-knit, mission-driven care community. Technology that Makes Work Easier Document efficiently using an EHR designed to streamline workflows Voice dictation and AI Scribe for fast and accurate documentation Access to UpToDate for instant clinical guidance Unmatched Work Schedule Flexibility: 6-hour facility shifts for full time positions (rounds generally start between 7–10 a.m.) Freedom from on-call and overnight requirements Timely Charting using company-provided iPad with LTE Provider Incentive Plans and Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package: Exceptional compensation, with the opportunity to exceed industry benchmarks Paid Time Off 401k with employer matching and participation Malpractice insurance covered by employer iPad with LTE for charting and lab coat What You’ll Do Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements Your Qualifications Advanced Practice Providers must hold an active U.S. license and be board certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants). Qualified specialties include but not limited to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.
