Aerospace/Defense CNC Machinist — Mills & Lathes

Build mission-critical parts at Will-Mor ManufacturingWill-Mor Manufacturing delivers precision CNC solutions for aerospace and defense, producing complex, tight-tolerance parts. We’re hiring Mill and Lathe Machinists for our 1st and 2nd shifts.What you’ll doSet up and run CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills (4-axis with palletizing).Set up and run CNC Turning and Manual Turning operations.Load fixtures with blanks or in-process parts based on the job router’s part-specific steps.Measure critical features using precision instruments; record all values on inspection documents.Immediately notify supervision if a machine malfunctions or measurements are out of tolerance.Log daily production, quality results, and scrap counts on the router.Verify coolant and oil levels are at proper operating levels.What you bringHands-on CNC experience; exposure to CNC Turning Centers up to 12 turrets and CNC Mill machines.Background in aerospace and defense environments.AS9100 experience is a plus.Confident reading GD&T; adept with precision measuring tools.Core proficienciesGD&TCNC Machine Setup & ChangeoverEquipment on the floorCNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC)CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)CNC Lathe (5+ axis)Shifts available1st and 2nd shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
