  • Assist the Executive Director/Administrator in executing branch growth strategies and initiatives.

  • Increase community awareness and engagement through targeted outreach and relationship-building.

  • Represent the company in meetings with healthcare partners, community organizations, and referral sources.

  • Promote services with a focus on Hospice to hospitals, nursing homes, and related healthcare facilities.

  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
