Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant OpportunityAn established cardiology practice serving the greater Orlando area is seeking a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care in outpatient and hospital settings.You'll collaborate with more than 10 cardiologists, caring for a diverse patient population while expanding your cardiovascular expertise.Previous cardiology experience is not required. We welcome experienced APPs from primary care, internal medicine, hospital medicine, pulmonary medicine, and other relevant specialties who are ready to pursue a career in cardiology.A New Direction for Your Clinical ExperienceThe skills you've developed in another specialty can provide a strong foundation for cardiovascular care.Primary care and internal medicine providers bring experience managing chronic conditions and cardiovascular risk factors, including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. APPs from hospital medicine or pulmonary care bring experience assessing complex patients, reviewing diagnostic studies, and coordinating treatment across clinical teams.At our practice, you'll have physician support and opportunities for continued learning as you apply those skills to cardiology.
