About YOU
-You must have successfully completed and provide evidence of formal training and certification as a CNA per state law and regulation.
-One (1) year experience in home or long-term care setting is preferred.
-Your work history should demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
-A great caregiver is patient, attentive, resourceful and displays attentive to detail.

Job Duties:
Be a genuine and supportive companion
Personal care (can include showering, bathing, and toileting assistance)
Remind clients to take prescribed medication
Assist clients with walking, mobility and physical therapy exercises
Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, store etc.
Plan and prepare meals
Alzheimer/Dementia care assistance
Perform light housekeeping
Qualifications:
Compassionate
Enjoy caring for others
Team Player
Reliable and strong work history
Minimum of one-year professional experience working with seniors.
Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care
community, Hospital and Rehab
Ability to pass a background check
Current TB test or Chest X-ray; Current CPR & 1st Aid Certification (both due upon hire)
Reliable transportation
Hours: Dependent on assignment; Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability. Evermore does not guarantee hours.
