Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 1.0 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at Tacoma Steele Street Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

This position is 100% outpatient with no call required. This is a non-paneled position to support patient access for Primary Care. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. An inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization support will cut down charting time by half. In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits include a salary range of $148,183 to $174,333 (this location is eligible for a location-based incentive, the salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience). There is also a value based incentive program with an annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals. New hire incentives include a signing bonus up to $23,000 and a relocation allowance up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer).

Qualifications include a Physician Assistant Degree, NCCPA Certified (PA-C), ability to obtain an unrestricted Federal DEA, and ability to obtain a WA State Medical License.
