Pay: $16.75-$17/hour

Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk professional to support patient registration, scheduling, and front office operations within a busy healthcare practice. This Medical Front Desk role is responsible for ensuring a smooth patient check-in/check-out process while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering excellent patient service.

The ideal Medical Front Desk candidate will have prior healthcare or medical office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients throughout the registration and check-in/check-out process
• Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information within the EHR system
• Schedule and confirm appointments while managing provider calendars efficiently
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with prior authorizations as needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and timely care
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions and front office support
• Provide excellent customer service while resolving registration-related concerns
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards at all times

Required Qualifications

• Previous healthcare or medical front office experience
• Experience with EHR systems preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment
• Professional demeanor and patient-focused attitude
