Lead HVAC Installer

The Lead HVAC Installer plays a key role in delivering high-quality residential system replacements and installations, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system replacements and installations from start to finish
• Mentor and support HVAC Helpers, fostering their professional development
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing guidance and system maintenance tips
• Adapt installation strategies to ensure efficiency and quality workmanship
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and customer service on every job

Compensation

Hourly pay starts at $25–$35 per hour , with the opportunity to earn the equivalent of $40–$50 per hour through the install bonus program. Qualified candidates may be eligible for up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Additional monthly bonus opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience, including at least 1 year in a lead role
• EPA Universal License
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as needed
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, squatting, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
