Supply Chain Specialist job at Insight Global. Tempe, AZ. Insight Global is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to work in Tempe, AZ for a large enterprise retail/logistics client. You will be joining the Global Mile team within the Cross Border Execution (XBE) division, which supports all the imports of goods and freight coming in from outside of the US. On a day-to-day basis, you will be managing the processes and auditing claims to ensure Dray Carriers are invoicing accurately. Communication with the carriers happens through the auditing platform so little to no phone support is required. Key Responsibilities Managing processes and auditing claims to ensure accurate carrier invoicing. Communicating with carriers through the auditing platform. Utilizing Excel for data manipulation, including SUM, average, formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant professional experience. Proficient experience using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working from office 2 days per week to start, with full-time return to office 5 days per week beginning July/August.
