Senior Pastor

Job Description-Duties 1. Lead Worship service and bring the message 2. Lead Midweek Bible Study and Prayer time. (winters) 3. Lead most services in the church. 4. Have an active role in Vacation Bible School. (Not director) 5. Lead Discipleship class--conduct Baptism 6. Pastor is a member of various commitees at church. 7. Advise and assist Youth Group Sponsors 8. Visit members of the congregation, with emphasis on older, hospital, and crisis times. 9. Officiate Funerals. 10. Participate in all weddings at our church in accordance with the church constitution and adhere to church policy regarding weddings. 11. Handle administrative duties, process mail, keep track of church calender. We do have a church secretary to help. #J-18808-Ljbffr
