Practice Administrator

The Practice Administrator is the senior operational leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of one or more healthcare practice locations. This role ensures strong performance across key areas including team leadership, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.

The Practice Administrator partners with clinical leadership to deliver high-quality patient experiences, drive business results, and build a high-performing, engaged team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and ongoing support
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and consistent service delivery
• Drive a high-quality patient experience through improved access, scheduling, and service coordination
• Manage key business metrics including financial performance, productivity, and service utilization
• Partner with clinical leadership to implement operational strategies and improve outcomes
• Hire, onboard, and retain high-performing team members
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety requirements
• Monitor office operations including scheduling, billing, and reporting accuracy
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, or related field)
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or a related service industry
• Strong financial and operational management experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance results
