Transit Dispatcher: Customer-Centric Ops & Safety

Transdev

Transdev in San Jose, CA is hiring a Dispatcher who oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. The position is full-time and located in San Jose, CA. It requires 3-5 years of dispatching experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work shifts. Union benefits are provided under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
