JOB SPECIFICS
\n \n- \n
- OSF Medical Group is seeking an advanced practice provider to deliver cardiology care to patients in our growing clinic. You will collaborate with 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers \n
- Responsibilities include assessing a variety of symptom management cases, promoting communication, collaboration with cardiologist, and providing passionate care for cardiology patients with chronic and acute conditions. \n
- Function autonomously and have demonstrated experience in cardiology management. \n
- Daily census of 13-16 \n
- Outreach to at least 1 location 30-50 miles from Rockford \n
- No call required \n
