This is a hands‑on position responsible for supporting daily yard operations, preparing steel materials, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Successful candidates take pride in their work, follow directions, and are willing to learn new skills. Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 4:00 pm or until all work is completed Must be available to work Saturdays as business needs require What You'll Do Operate spray gun to paint steel products and materials Operate equipment to cut angle iron, steel, and other products Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the yard Wrap, stage, and prepare customer and delivery orders Assist with loading customer vehicles and delivery trucks Maintain inventory organization throughout the yard Read work orders and follow production instructions Perform general yard maintenance, including sweeping, cleanup, and housekeeping Safely operate hand tools and basic material handling equipment Complete required paperwork accurately Report damaged materials, equipment concerns, or safety hazards immediately Follow all OSHA and company safety policies Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis Ability to stand, bend, walk, lift, and work outdoors throughout the day Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast‑paced environment Core Values (Non-Negotiable) Customer First - Produce quality work that supports our customers.
