Job Description
MedCap Health is currently hiring a Physician – Hospitalist Team Lead . This is a contract position with flexible scheduling options , available as full-time or part-time . If you're a hospitalist seeking a leadership role in post-acute care with autonomy, excellent compensation, and a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!
PAY : $250,000–$500,000 per year

QUALIFICATIONS
Board Certification or Board Eligible internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
Previous experience in leadership positions or as a hospitalist is strongly preferred.
SCHEDULE : This position offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options. You'll have control over your hours while maintaining a high standard of care.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A PHYSICIAN - HOSPITALIST TEAM LEAD
In this role, you'll oversee patient care in skilled nursing facilities, managing complex cases recently discharged from hospitals. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care, clinical excellence, and improved patient outcomes-all within a supportive and flexible environment.
