Role Overview The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) takes on a strategic position that champions both our customers and our company. This role requires excellent customer management and consultancy skills, as the CSS aims to become a trusted advisor who is deeply invested in our product and our clients' success. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships and creating mutually beneficial outcomes for every partner you engage with. Key Responsibilities Pinpoint and champion avenues for delivering exceptional value to customers by understanding their strategic outcomes, business challenges, and key performance indicators, and providing tailored recommendations. Devise and implement a success roadmap aligning with each customer's unique goals and objectives. Drive product consumption, education, and engagement across your portfolio to achieve impactful business results, ensuring every contact becomes a Verint advocate. Collaborate closely with customers to enhance their utilization of our solutions, guiding them toward their desired goals. Exhibit expertise in assigned Verint Product Solutions, enabling you to present and demonstrate the product’s value effectively. Conduct ongoing assessments of the value our products deliver, ensuring that customers recognize and appreciate this value, which aids in renewals and growth discussions. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Negotiate and finalize renewals with existing clients. Responsible for increasing customer engagement, ensuring retention, and fostering an environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Utilize customer success tools like Totango to evaluate and assign health scores to customers, documenting the rationale behind each score. Gather and relay insightful product feedback and recommendations from customers back to the product development team. Advocate for customer needs across different departments in the organization. Manage account escalations proficiently when necessary. Be a key voice for our customers within Verint, ensuring their feedback and needs are communicated effectively throughout the company. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on Customer Success. Strong sense of urgency in delivering actions promptly. Proven capability to continuously demonstrate the value of our products, passionate about assisting customers in achieving success. Quick learner who can understand software applications and communicate their benefits effectively in various formats. A proactive and adaptable mindset. Detail-oriented strategic thinker. Collaborative team player who can also take initiative and work independently. Effective multitasker, capable of managing various responsibilities simultaneously, such as resolving support escalations, conducting best practice discussions, and facilitating onboarding sessions. Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to handle customer service challenges effectively. Successful completion of a background screening process, including employment verifications and checks related to criminal history, credit, and drug screening as applicable. Preferred Qualifications Experience in closing renewals or professional services opportunities. Experience managing a diverse range of customers and understanding the nuances in handling each effectively. Familiarity with Totango or similar customer success platforms.
