The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced OR Circulating RN to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on clinical role where you will independently manage your room, circulate a variety of surgical cases, and partner closely with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure seamless patient care. Schedule Full-time Four 10‑hour shifts Day shifts Weekdays only Key Responsibilities Independently circulate surgical cases in a fast‑paced ASC environment Prepare and maintain the OR to ensure efficiency, sterility, and readiness Anticipate procedural needs and support efficient case flow and turnover Monitor patients throughout the surgical experience with a strong focus on safety Administer medications and manage IV therapy as appropriate Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to deliver high‑quality care Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence Preferred Qualifications Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience Experience across multiple surgical specialties Prior charge nurse, preceptor, or leadership experience Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is confident and composed in the OR Communicates effectively with the surgical team Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Maintains high standards of patient safety Is dependable, adaptable, and team‑oriented Paid time off Retirement plan with employer contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr JobSnob
