The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, beauty-focused professional to join our luxury spa network. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will support different spa locations nationwide , helping each team drive sales and create exceptional client experiences. This is a hands-on, results-oriented role designed for someone who loves travel, high-ticket sales, and working in elegant, luxurious environments .
What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with clients and provide guidance on premium skincare and aesthetic treatments .
Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling high-value services and packages.
Collaborate with local spa teams, including estheticians, nurses, sales supervisors, and front desk staff, to achieve daily and monthly sales goals .
Travel between assigned locations as needed, maintaining high performance and professionalism .
Share feedback and best practices to help teams improve client engagement and sales results .
Who You Are:
Experienced in high-ticket sales or consultative selling , preferably in beauty or luxury services.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills .
Motivated by results and performance goals .
Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to new teams .
Valid driver's license required.
Comfortable as a W9/1099 independent contractor , responsible for own taxes.
