THE JOB: As a Front Desk Clerk at MGM Resorts, you are responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while addressing their individual needs and concerns. Your role includes managing billing transactions, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and maintaining a secure and organized environment throughout their stay. THE STARTING RATE: $19.00 hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and responding to and resolving any guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W.
