RichSmith Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our fast-growing team at our multi-family apartment community in Texarkana, AR. If you have prior property management experience and are proficient in OneSite, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:As an Assistant Community Manager , you will:
- Support Property Management : Assist the Community Manager in maintaining the property and coordinating day-to-day activities.
- Leadership : Step in to manage the property and delegate tasks to staff in the absence of the Community Manager, ensuring maximum performance.
- Marketing : Respond to inquiries, show and demonstrate apartments, follow up with prospective residents, and conduct market surveys.
- Lease Administration & Compliance : Verify applicants, perform move-in inspections, review welcome packets with new residents, and maintain legal records.
- Resident Relations : Process service requests, assist with resident issues, and help plan community activities and events.
- Accounting & Reporting : Maintain account records, make bank deposits, prepare reports, and assist with eviction processes if necessary.
- Experience : At least two years of experience with a property management company in a role equivalent to Assistant Manager, with satisfactory performance evaluations.
- OneSite Proficiency : Experience with OneSite property management software is preferred.
- LIHTC Knowledge : Experience with LIHTC properties is a significant plus.
