Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend tailored insurance solutions Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products Deliver outstanding service and develop long-term client relationships Achieve monthly sales and service goals Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends Qualifications & Skills Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (not required) Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Bilingual abilities are a plus Benefits Base salary plus unlimited commission and bonus opportunities Defined career advancement pathways, including opportunities for leadership and agency ownership Comprehensive ongoing training, mentorship, and support Paid time off and flexible scheduling (per agency requirements) The benefits of working with a nationally recognized brand and empowered local office #J-18808-Ljbffr Farmers District 40 & 94
