Corporate Transactional Attorney

Excellent judgment and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop positive relationships with internal clients. Dedication to delivering exceptional client service. Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Connecticut Bar admission in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly. Skills Strong negotiation skills.
