Overview Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross‑sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups, including neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Responsibilities Execute computerized tomographic examinations while ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Education Graduate of an AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology program or a JRCERT accredited hospital‑based training program. Work Experience Minimum of 6 months as a Radiological Technologist. Licenses and Certifications ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (upon hire); BCLS – Basic Life Support (upon hire).
