Collaborate with communications, stakeholder engagement, content, and event teams to ensure alignment across communications initiatives and leadership priorities. Conduct research and gather insights from subject matter experts, stakeholders, and source materials to inform speech development and messaging. Adapt messaging, tone, and narrative style to reflect individual speaker voices, audience expectations, and engagement objectives. Develop content for conferences, webinars, stakeholder forums, leadership events, ceremonies, public engagements, and multimedia communications products. Develop rapid-response communications materials, including executive statements, talking points, holding statements, and briefing materials under accelerated timelines in support of emerging issues, crisis situations, and time-sensitive organizational priorities. Ensure all materials align with approved messaging frameworks, organizational priorities, and communications strategies. Review, edit, and refine communications materials for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and impact. Support message development efforts for strategic communications campaigns, executive engagements, and high-priority initiatives. Maintain repositories of speeches, talking points, biographies, messaging frameworks, and approved communications materials. Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while responding effectively to evolving priorities and accelerated timelines. Key Attributes Experience developing speeches, executive communications, leadership messaging, or strategic communications products within a professional environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, stakeholders, or public-facing representatives through high-quality communications materials. Experience leveraging digital event technologies, virtual engagement platforms, or AI-enabled tools to enhance event delivery and audience experiences. Curiosity in technology landscape and how AI is changing communications. Strong research, synthesis, and analytical skills with the ability to transform complex information into engaging narratives. Ability to adapt voice, tone, and messaging for different audiences, communication channels, and speaking styles. Experience preparing briefing books, talking points, executive presentations, speaker materials, and event communications. Experience supporting rapid-response communications, crisis communications, or time-sensitive executive messaging while delivering high-quality materials under compressed deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, consistency, and message discipline. Excellent stakeholder-management and collaboration skills, with experience working across communications, policy, content, and event teams.
