Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to work in a cold or refrigerated environment. This role involves performing physical tasks to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work in cold temperatures, and capable of performing repetitive physical work. Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to work in a cold or refrigerated environment. This role involves performing physical tasks to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work in cold temperatures, and capable of performing repetitive physical work. Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move products and materials
- Pick, pack, and organize items for storage or shipment
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse or production tasks as assigned
- Cold or refrigerated temperatures (protective clothing provided as required)
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Fast-paced, physically demanding work
- Ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs (with or without assistance)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Full-time
- May include weekends, early mornings, or overnight shifts
- Competitive hourly pay
