Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to work in a cold or refrigerated environment. This role involves performing physical tasks to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work in cold temperatures, and capable of performing repetitive physical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move products and materials

• Pick, pack, and organize items for storage or shipment

• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with general warehouse or production tasks as assigned

Work Environment:

• Cold or refrigerated temperatures (protective clothing provided as required)

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

• Fast-paced, physically demanding work

Requirements:

• Ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs (with or without assistance)

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• No prior experience required (training provided)

Schedule:

• Full-time

• May include weekends, early mornings, or overnight shifts
