Earn $35.00-$41.00 per hour based on experience, plus additional earnings through shift differentials, weekend premiums, holiday pay, and on-call incentives. Your Impact

As an RN, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the health, comfort, and quality of life of our residents by:

Delivering professional nursing care in a senior living environment

Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition

Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans

Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

Collaborating with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being

Qualifications

Required

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or eligibility to transfer an active out-of-state license

Minimum of one year of nursing experience

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred

Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings

Knowledge of resident-centered senior care practices

Available Shifts

We are currently hiring for:

AM Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

PM Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Overnight Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, and PRN basis. Weekend and holiday rotation may be required based on the position and schedule selected.
