Executive Assistant- Part time Louisville, KY, USA Operations 27/5/2026

An executive assistant will have assigned tasks of pulling reports, data research, attendance/ timecard / PTO, and pop-up tasks to prevent a service disruption from happening. This position requires strict policy of following rules and procedures to protect and safeguard the transport and property of Malca-Amit and its customers, as well as the safety of people on the premises or while reforming task for Malca-Amit. The position is part-time and would be 5-6 hrs. per day. Malca-Amit USA, LLC, a division of The Malca-Amit Group of Companies, consists of an international team of experts, including logistics, security, customs house and special operations professionals, who provides professional service tailored to the specifications and needs of the global luxury goods industry and international banks. Responsibilities Respect and follow the company's guidelines and procedures Pulling reports and data research as needed to improve/add new service Complete task using Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Excel and Word Pop up tasks that are needed to keep from service disruptions (rent vehicles, book flights, schedule hand carry personnel) Requirements Ability to use excel worksheets, answer questions / complete tasks requested via either phone or email Must pass drug screen and FBI background check Preferred qualifications: High School diploma or GED Previous employment in office environment Professional Skills Excellent ethics and integrity High attention to detail Collaborative work style Excellent customer service Ability to work independently We offer a competitive starting wage for the successfull candidate.
