Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Marketing Strategist
Develop, implement, and maintain digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Efficiently manage digital marketing, advertising, and promotion activities for the organization. Provide support to all departments, with a particular focus on Sales, Service, and BDC.
Manage and coordinate all digital marketing, advertising, and promotion activities.
Analyze current market conditions and competitor information.
Maintain current digital platforms and develop new platforms.
Develop digital content, blogs, and relevant articles.
Create original and engaging content for social media tools.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and website content.
Channel social media customer feedback to all departments.
Manage the digital marketing calendar.
Maintain the company's online presence and reputation.
Track the productivity of digital marketing campaigns, their ROI, and KPI impact.
Plan and execute all web campaigns, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and graphic advertising.
React to reports with ideas and strategies that benefit the company.
Synchronize information with our CRM (eLeads) and business reports.
Work with external vendors to complement the work as needed.
Collaborate with sales, service, and BDC teams.
Stay updated on industry best practices and review competitor websites to create analysis for developing advertising strategies in AutoGrupo.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
3 or more years of experience in all aspects of digital marketing strategy development and management
Oriented to metrics and ROI
Excellent presentation skills
Experience with MS Office, Adobe, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of web publishing
Proficiency in SEO tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail
Availability to work Monday to Saturdays, and Sundays if required.
