Details PACU setting supporting complex surgical cases including neuro, thoracic, vascular, and ortho spine Case types include trauma, pediatrics, ortho, and general surgery Average case volume of 18-30 patients 12-hour Day/Evening rotation shifts (Days 0600-1830, Evenings 0730-2000) Could rotate between day and evening shifts up to 50% May be required to float to inpatient PACU Unit operates 0600-2000, Monday through Friday No weekends, no holidays, and no call requirements Requirements Active MA RN license required Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Minimum 2 years of PACU experience required Strong PACU phase 1 recovery experience with large, complex surgical cases required Must independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks Must pass telemetry test on Day 1 with a score of 85% or better ICU experience preferred Additional Information Provide phase 1 recovery care for complex surgical patients across multiple specialties Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility Local candidates accepted American Traveler Job ID P-767275.
