Sheet Metal Installer

Sheet Metal InstallerLiberty Mechanical is seeking a Sheet Metal Installer. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and HVAC duct systems in commercial and residential settings. This role ensures that all installations are completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with project specifications and building codes.What We Offer:Pay Range: $25 to $35/hourly (depending on relevant experience, skills)Medical, Dental, Vision plansBasic Life InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability401k MatchPaid HolidaysPaid Time offWhat You'll Do:Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools and power equipmentInstall HVAC ductwork, vents, and sheet metal components according to blueprints and drawingsAssemble and secure sheet metal parts using screws, rivets, welds, or adhesivesInspect and test installations for proper fit, alignment, and airflow integrityRead and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work ordersPerform on-site adjustments and repairs as neededFollow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies at all timesCollaborate with HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other trades on job sitesMaintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe conditionWhat You'll Bring:High school diploma or GED preferred2 –5 years of experience in sheet metal or HVAC installationAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with HVAC systems and ductwork installationSkilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipmentStrong attention to detail and measurement accuracyAbility to work in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditionsValid driver's licensePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularlyStanding, climbing, bending, and kneeling for extended periodsUse of ladders, scaffolding, and aerial liftsWorking with our Company:At Liberty Mechanical, our mission is to deliver exceptional work, quality products, and outstanding customer service to meet the specific needs of our clients in the HVAC and Energy Services industries.
