Part-Time Dental Assistant

Seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to support clinical team operations in a modern, patient-focused practice. Key Responsibilities Include Preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting dentists during procedures. Welcoming, comforting, and educating patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care. Taking and developing X-rays, assisting with impressions, and maintaining study models. Ensuring infection control, maintaining patient confidentiality, and adhering to safety protocols. Maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling, and assisting with patient intake. Supporting dental and medical emergency management through CPR certification and emergency supplies. Qualifications Include Completion of a one‑year certified dental assistant program. X‑Ray certification (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Skills And Requirements Prior dental assisting experience. Ability to follow OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control standards.
