Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shifts:
1st Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
2nd Shift: 4:00 p.m. – midnight
3rd Shift: Midnight – 8:00 a.m.

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating overhead hoists, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading molds, verifying mold identification, and ensuring molds are operational
• Checking and cleaning parting lines, clamps, and vent tubes to ensure proper function and cleanliness
• Verifying correct materials and weights are loaded into molds, and ensuring finished or in-progress products are properly packaged and labeled
• Repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds and utilizing handheld hoists, mallets, and crowbars
• Labeling and grinding production scrap, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Identifying and reporting any issues with machines, molds, equipment, materials, or product to your supervisor
• Following safety protocols, including wearing safety glasses and steel-toed or composite shoes
