About the Opportunity This onsite opportunity will support students in a Pre-K through 5th grade setting with a variety of communication needs. The role includes a blended caseload with students presenting with articulation disorders, language delays, Autism, and other communication challenges. This is a full-time, in-person position for the 2026–2027 school year. What Your Clinical Fellowship Year Will Include A dedicated CF mentor aligned with your clinical interests and school setting Ongoing 1:1 support from our SLP Clinical Support Director Bi-weekly SLP team meetings focused on mentorship, collaboration, and case consultation Thoughtful school placements based on age preference, student population, and commute Guidance navigating ASHA requirements, documentation, and the full CFY process Manageable caseloads designed to support early-career clinicians Access to a collaborative network of experienced school-based SLPs JumpStart Salary Program so you can start earning before students return What Your CF Year Will Look Like As a school-based Clinical Fellow, you will: Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students Support students with articulation, language, Autism, and other communication needs Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration Build confidence managing a school-based caseload with ongoing mentorship and support Learn how to navigate service delivery, documentation, and collaboration within a school setting This opportunity utilizes a weighted caseload model designed to help balance workloads and account for students who require additional support through service minutes, meetings, and case complexity.
