3-5 years CNC Press Brake experience required.
• CNC Turret experience preferred.
• Shear and Plate Roller experience preferred.
• Read, interpret, and understand work orders, drawings, and production schedules to determine specifications, such as tooling to be used, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Review all bend sequences for proper optimization.
• Ensure Press Brake tooling is loaded correctly.
• Set up Press Brakes according to work order priority.
• Perform CNC programming operations.
• Verify parts are accurately and efficiently produced and quality check critical dimensions
• Coordinate distribution of finished work orders to subsequent departments.
• Report levels of in-stock materials weekly.
• Identify needed maintenance of machines and notify supervisor
• Follow good housekeeping practices.
• Identify and resolve basic quality issues.
• Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment as required.
• Identify and immediately correct any safety hazards in work area.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive personal attitude and work environment that fosters the highest level of employee cooperation, morale and satisfaction.
• Ensure parts are free of burrs, scratches, defects, etc. before releasing to next operation.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience required.

Pay based on experience.
