Job Posting: Locum - Physician - Hospitalist - OB, Boise, ID!
JOB DETAILS:
Schedule:
- Night float (Sun-Thurs 7p-7a) in-house every other month
- Fri-Sun (7a-7p) whole weekend, in-house not required
ALL dates at both locations
- 1/23 & 1/25 - BOISE
- 2/24 - 2/26 - night shift (7p-7a)
- 3/15 - 3/17 - NAMPA - night shift (7p-7a)
- 3/19 - 3/22 - NAMPA
- MD diploma
- Internship/residency/fellowship certs
- All medical licenses- COVID-Related Physician Licensure Exemption - Idaho Code 54-1804(1)(d)
- DEA
- Board Certification
- Life support cards- BLS
- Current and previous certificates of insurance
- Driver's license
- Professional color photo/headshot
- CMEs for the past 2 years
- Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
- References
- Case logs
- Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
- Active ID license OR active IMLC - [REQUIRED] (Please provide LOQ at time of name clear)
