Job Posting: Locum - Physician - Hospitalist - OB, Boise, ID!

JOB DETAILS:

Schedule:

Night float (Sun-Thurs 7p-7a) in-house every other month
Fri-Sun (7a-7p) whole weekend, in-house not required

Dates Needed Coverage:
ALL dates at both locations

1/23 & 1/25 - BOISE
2/24 - 2/26 - night shift (7p-7a)
3/15 - 3/17 - NAMPA - night shift (7p-7a)
3/19 - 3/22 - NAMPA

Requirements:

MD diploma
Internship/residency/fellowship certs
All medical licenses- COVID-Related Physician Licensure Exemption - Idaho Code 54-1804(1)(d)
DEA
Board Certification
Life support cards- BLS
Current and previous certificates of insurance
Driver's license
Professional color photo/headshot
CMEs for the past 2 years
Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
References
Case logs

Submission Requirements

Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
Active ID license OR active IMLC - [REQUIRED] (Please provide LOQ at time of name clear)
Must be available to cover for both locations - [REQUIRED]
