Procurement Analyst. Associate Procurement professional

Typical Task Breakdown
  • Analyze supplier performance metrics including delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost.
  • Monitor and manage procurement-related KPIs and reporting.
  • Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Maintain procurement systems, supplier records, and purchasing data accuracy.
  • Participate in supplier reviews, business updates, and project meetings.
  • Drive issue resolution related to supplier delivery, inventory shortages, or process gaps.
Education & Experience Required
  • Years of experience: 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, supplier management, operations, business analytics, or a related field; Masters Degree – can accept a year of relevant exp
  • Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related discipline.

  • ERP Systems Knowledge (SAP Preferred) – Strong understanding of ERP systems to manage procurement transactions, supplier data, purchase orders, spend reporting, and procurement processes efficiently.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Ability to analyze spend, supplier performance, and procurement metrics using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to support data-driven decisions.
  • Supplier Management / Problem Solving – Ability to effectively collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, identify root causes of issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support business objectives.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $26.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
