Property Management Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organization seeking a Property Management Coordinator to support its expanding portfolio of commercial properties. This newly created role offers an opportunity to work closely with an experienced property management professional and develop a long-term career in real estate and property management. Responsibilities Support day-to-day property management and administrative operations. Assist with tenant communication and relationship management. Coordinate paperwork, processes, facilities-related needs, and general property administration. Partner with internal teams on property-related initiatives and operational needs. Gradually take on increased responsibility as the portfolio grows. Qualifications Early-career professional with a genuine interest in building a career in property management and real estate. Coachable, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn. Friendly, responsive, and comfortable communicating directly with tenants. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Prior property management experience is valuable, though candidates from other industries with a strong interest in real estate will be considered. Interest in obtaining a real estate license is welcome. License costs will be reimbursed by the company.
