Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday
• Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with Fridays, evenings, and weekends free.

Compensation:

• Compensation Structure: $55/hour or 32% of Net Production, whichever is greater.
• Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $114,400/year based on a full-time schedule.
• Significant additional earning potential through a highly competitive production-based compensation model.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our thriving private dental practice in Sandy Springs, GA . Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive and periodontal care.
• Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and preventive hygiene procedures.
• Diagnose and treat periodontal disease in collaboration with the doctor.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings.
• Take and interpret digital dental radiographs.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care.
• Maintain OSHA and infection control standards while supporting an efficient clinical workflow.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience treating periodontal disease, including Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) preferred.
• Comfortable working within a double-column hygiene schedule.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
