We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer across a fast-paced global business operating between Los Angeles, London, and Australia. This is not your typical EA role. You'll be supporting a senior leader overseeing a global marketing function, managing both professional and personal priorities while helping keep an incredibly fast-moving environment running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Manage the CMO's calendar across multiple international time zones Coordinate all travel, itineraries, accommodation, and logistics end-to-end Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and communications Attend meetings where required, taking minutes and tracking action items Act as a key point of contact between the CMO, internal teams, and external stakeholders Support both business and personal priorities with professionalism and discretion Assist with office operations, onboarding, team events, and culture initiatives Manage expenses, vendors, office supplies, and day-to-day coordination Skills & Experience 1–2 years experience in an EA or similar support role such as office management Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism Proactive by nature with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise Passion for fashion, culture, and creative industries preferred Why Join Outcast?
