Recruiter: Lennar is hiring a senior recruiter to attract, engage, and retain top talent. The role focuses on consultative talent acquisition, AI‑enhanced candidate engagement, and full‑cycle recruitment to ensure a memorable experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Build partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices. Collaborate to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role. Utilize AI technology and cutting‑edge tools to identify, attract, and engage high‑caliber candidates proactively. Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels. Deliver exceptional service throughout the recruitment journey with transparent communication and personalized interactions. Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from requisition creation to onboarding. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations. Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor insights. Enhance Lennar’s employer brand through promotion of culture and participation in branding initiatives. Use data and metrics to track recruitment performance and optimize the process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience with a track record of sourcing and hiring top talent. Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software/tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences.
