Night Auditor My Place Hotel – Jamestown, ND My Place Hotel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining hotel security, and completing the daily financial and operational audit processes. Position Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out Process reservations, guest registrations, and payments accurately Complete the nightly audit and prepare reports for hotel management Maintain accurate records, logs, and daily paperwork Monitor hotel safety and security through routine property inspections Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and requests Answer and direct phone calls while maintaining professional telephone etiquette Keep the front desk, lobby, and guest service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked Laundry duties as needed Report maintenance, safety, and security concerns promptly Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Dependable, professional, and punctual Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to perform routine property inspections, including stairs and exterior areas Schedule Overnight shifts, typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Weekends and holidays required Why Join My Place Hotel?
