Senior Venture Studio Analyst

Responsibilities Lead due diligence for potential ventures, including market analysis, financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic evaluation. Prepare concise, data-driven investment memos for senior leadership and the Investment Committee. Collaborate with founders and internal teams on early-stage venture development. Support IP strategy and filings with legal and technical stakeholders. Drive internal innovation through structured initiatives and programs. Develop board-level updates and strategic presentations for executives. Serve as a liaison with external partners, managing communications and documentation. Maintain project management artifacts to ensure transparency and executional rigor. Host strategic events, conferences, and networking opportunities with investors, operators, and domain experts. Represent the Venture Studio at industry events and support ecosystem intelligence and relationship-building. Assist with marketing and public relations initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH) preferred, especially in healthcare, business, life sciences, or related fields. 2–5 years’ experience in venture capital, startups, healthcare innovation, strategy consulting, or corporate development. Strong track record in end-to-end diligence, cross-functional project management, and external relationship-building. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
