Leasing Administrator

What You'll Do Serve as the primary administrative support for a Commercial Real Estate leasing team. Prepare and coordinate lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documentation. Maintain organized and accurate tenant records and leasing documentation. Manage CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and helping drive team adoption and accountability. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars for leasing professionals. Partner closely with leasing, accounting, and property management teams to ensure seamless communication and execution. Maintain online property listings, marketing packages, and leasing materials. Identify opportunities for process improvements and help modernize administrative workflows. Act as the operational backbone of the leasing team, ensuring deals continue moving forward efficiently. Required Qualifications Commercial Real Estate experience is required. Experience supporting leasing, brokerage, or property management teams. Background preparing leases, amendments, renewals, and related documentation. Strong organizational and document management skills. Experience utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. Highly proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked.
