Overnight Residential Support

Lutheran Social Services is seeking an Overnight Residential Support professional to provide safety, supervision, and compassionate care to residents in a therapeutic group living setting. In this on-site role, you will conduct regular safety checks, respond to crises, follow behavior and treatment plans, and maintain a calm, structured environment overnight. You will accurately document observations, incidents, and progress, support medication administration per policy, and communicate key updates to the daytime team.
