Project Manager

DASMEN Residential is looking for a Project Manager for our Renovations & Construction team to be based out of Ramsey. NJ region. This position is entry level Responsibilities: Experience in construction management or property management Oversee the construction project from start to finish. Ensuring work is within project scope Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed Preparing any necessary work flow schedules and monitoring the same to enable meeting of reporting deadlines. Ensure that A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment, handle petty cash and all funds.
